The Civil Society Organizations Authority hereby formally acknowledges receipt of the voluntary dissolution submission submitted by the Board of the Centre for Research on Bhutanese Society (CRBS). The Authority respects and honors the collective decision of the CRBS Board to voluntarily dissolve the organization. In this regard, the Authority also wishes to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the CRBS team for their invaluable contributions and steadfast commitment towards strengthening the research culture and knowledge ecosystem in Bhutan over the years.

Pursuant to the deliberations of the 44th Authority Meeting, the Authority has approved the voluntary dissolution of the Centre for Research on Bhutanese Society. Accordingly, CRBS is hereby declared de-registered as a Civil Society Organization.\

The dissolution process has been duly carried out in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. Consequently, any affiliations, representations, or activities undertaken in the name of CRBS shall no longer be recognized and shall be considered invalid with immediate effect.

The Authority once again conveys its appreciation to CRBS for its service and contribution to the civil society sector and wishes the former members success in their future endeavors.
